Located 10 blocks from the main market and 8 blocks from the main plaza (Jardin). No hills to climb. You can learn Spanish at the Academia de las Americas or Instituto Allende, which is only 4 blocks from the house. There are several local stores nearby to shop for groceries and a large grocery store within 10 minute walking distance.
