casa quetzal is a Mediterranean, a somewhat nostalgic, romantic and charming house with three arches on three levels.
The roof is one big terraza, with hammocks, and a big Mexican style BB Que. Up here where the sunsets, moon rises, star watching become unforgettable memories.
Perfect place for Meditation, Yoga and Tai Chi. Also to see the whales in the winter months.
On the next level down is the main floor, kitchen, dining room and living room, all in one generous open space, with doors that open up all the way to three sides. The village of Sayulita, the wilderness, San Pancho, (even the three 'Islas Marias' on a clear day) and the ocean of course. The kitchen is simple, granite counter-tops, breakfast bar, fridge and stove, fully equipped. There is also a small bath room, (a toilet and a sink) on this floor.
Three bed-rooms are downstairs each with breath-taking views of the ocean, in addition of the ocean view the master bed room (with a king-sized bed) has a view of the hill and it's wild jungle, it's own bath and private terrace.
The two other bed-rooms (one with king-sized bed, the other two twin beds) share a shower and a toilet, but each have their own sink and closet area. The two twin beds can be made into a third King size bed upon request.
There is another BBQ grill on the garden patio. Here you can lie in the hamaca and be surrounded by the gardens, flowers and fruit trees bearing papayas, bananas, grapefruit, limes, oranges and grenada apples, and several small patios sprinkled about for extra private corners.
The 4 x 7 meter salt water pool has it's own patio, chaise lounges and pool shower.
Soyri, the maid will be here 3 days a week and Federico, the caretaker is in charge of the pool and garden.
The maid can be hired for extra days if you wish and arrangements have to be made directly between you and her.
