Carlitos was built in 2000 and has a kitchenette, living room, bedroom (Queen), bath and wonderful patio. It was built to accommodate those who do not need a full sized house,  or as an additional bedroom for those renting one of the other houses on the property. It is very comfortable, with a complete kitchen, large patio and has a lovely view of the ocean.
