This vacation rental home is located at a lower elevation, near Lake Tahoe, making it more convenient to get around in the winter and perfect in the summer.

Brand new furniture and furnishings, this Lake Tahoe home was completed in 2007. The luxurious living room has floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings and a double sided gas fireplace. This private Lake vacation rental home is centrally located and a few minutes to everything.

This home is on a quiet family friendly street and is in a gorgeous setting for you and your family to relax and enjoy the magnificent scent of the many Pine trees. Tastefully decorated with many extras, you'll welcome the graciousness of this Tahoe vacation home. This Tahoe home has plenty of natural sierra sunlight filtering through its numerous tall windows.

The first story has a large living room with a double sided gas fireplace that looks into the dining room. The gourmet kitchen has every amenity to make your meals a pleasure. The indoor laundry room off the kitchen is big enough to use as a mud room for changing out of your clothing and is conveniently located across from the large 1/2 bathroom.

For the convenience of the early sleepers or late raisers the second story of this spacious Tahoe vacation rental is where the bedrooms are located.

The Master Suite, Master bath, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are beautifully decorated with fabulous bedding by Rachel Ashwells Boutique Line of Shabby Chic Original Vintage Florals, Bella Notte Sage & Burgundy Duvet sets and quality Woolrich Cool Blues and Wheat’s. The linens are New, not just "fresh", of high thread count. The Towels are plentiful and new as well.

If the house requires extensive cleaning above and beyond the "standard" service your deposit will be charged.

Lodging Tax: 10% on each nightly rate

This is a South Lake Tahoe lodging city tax that is required and not negotiable. This tax is also attached to any hotel and motels in the city.

Security Deposit: $300

The Security Deposit is required and refundable. Your deposit will be held until the home is inspected for any damage or stolen items. Your deposit will not be returned to you if there is evidence of smoking or pets in the home.

Hot Tub Service: $25.00

It is required to have the hot tub water changed with every guest’s arrival. If you do not wish to use the Hot Tub during your stay it will be locked and you will not be charged.
