2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom new luxury condo in the gate guarded neighborhood of El Pedregal.

Fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops await you for a romantic dinner for 2 or a family affair. The 2 large bedrooms boast king size beds. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and it's own air conditioning unit.  A comfy living room with silk curtains and leather with tapestry couches make you feel at home while watching one of a huge selection of movies on the LCD TV.

A 375 SQ ' private balcony is waiting for a BBQ or just look at the view of the pool or beach.

Just a short 5-7 minute walk and you are downtown eating at some of the most fabulous restaurants in Cabo.  All the nightlife you can ask for is right there.  

2 swimming pools are on the property and a waterfall. Covered parking is provided also.  The Condo is completely protected by a black light water purification system so you can drink the water.
