Casa Mar Y Sol is located one block north of the Malecon, on the beach. The front door faces the beach. Nothing separates you from the incredible vistas of the bay. It is spectacular and I never tire of the view. It is not just the beautiful sunsets and full moons reflecting on the water the capture the imagination; I have watched whales breach 300 yards offshore and dolphins play close by. Every morning and evening you can watch formations of pelicans fly by.
Being only one block north of the Malecon, you are in short walking distance to some of Puerto Vallarta's best restaurants and social activities. These restaurants include Barcelona, The Blue Shrimp, Los Xitomates, Agave Grill, El Arrayan, etc. Ley's, a large supermarket, is only a few blocks away.
The casa is two stories tall and each floor comes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen ( that's right , the casa has two complete kitchens ) and sun room. On the first floor the sun room is enclosed with large windows viewing to the bay, on the second floor we have a large deck area with a roof. The best views are from this balcony area. Each floor has about 1600 square feet of living space.
We have two king-sized beds, four double/queens and four single beds. There are also a washer and clothes dryer in the casa. Each floor has cable TV and the entire casa has WiFi. In addition to overhead fans, each bedroom and the living rooms have their own mini-split air conditioning units.
This is a fun place to relax!
Francisca, the housekeeper, comes by everyday except Sunday.
