Our luxury condo covers the entire beachfront floor in Tower One at the new Residencias Molino de Agua (RMDA). We offer 3,678 square feet of living area with 130 linear feet of wrap-around, ocean-front veranda. Our three private bedrooms with private bathrooms have 180 degree ocean views. Our ultra-spacious, living area has 260 degree, panoramic views of beach, ocean, river, town, and mountains.
This is one of few condos for rent in this complex that are DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. All else is behind. Our condo, RMDA #301, is on the fourth floor, an elevation that gives you privacy while letting you relate to the beach and ocean. A private parking garage is on the first floor. Our elevator is semi-private. It is shared on our floor with one inland condo.
Residencias Molino de Agua is a new, modern, drive-in, gated complex on a beautifully landscaped, tropical beach area in the heart of town, a short walk to Old Town Square. For design, setting, and location, there is nothing comparable in Puerto Vallarta.
CAUTIONARY NOTE: At Residencias Molino de Agua, inland condos are advertised routinely as “beachfront”…when none are on the beach. Also, despite claims at times to having three bedrooms, all have only two. Both face the street and other buildings. Their bedroom balconies are 90 degrees to the bedrooms of neighboring inland condos. Their third sleeping room is a small den with limited privacy, no windows, and no connecting bathroom. Almost always, for groups of five or more, three bedrooms with private bathrooms are needed. In this luxury complex, this configuration is available only in a condo in the beachfront of Tower One.
