Casa Silvia: a beautiful, new Spanish colonial style home. The house has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths and is located on a quiet street, but is near everything.

It is a short walk to the Jardin and the Parroquia, the historic center of San Miguel de Allende. Also within very short walking distance are the Artisans Market, the Aurora Art Center, and the
Flower Market. Equally accessible are dozens of restaurants that offer cuisines for every taste, boutiques, and art salons, as well as the 130-year-old Teatro Angela Peralta.

All the furniture in this marvelous house was custom made by local artisans and reflects the styles of this historic 450-year-old city.

The house truly reflects the colonial styles from the traditional wooden front door to the tiles that highlight the stairways. There are balconies in each of the three bedrooms, fountains, a patio, and a roof-top terrace with sweeping views of this wonderful city.
