General Property Information

Perched on a private oceanfront bluff, Villas Susana has three separate bedroom open air palapa buildings connected by lit brick pathways. The fourth villa is an extremely large kitchen/dining/living room with the infinity pool deck ocean side. The villas are located two miles north of the quiet and pleasant small town of San Francisco, or San Pancho as it is locally called. Each villa has unobstructed ocean views, yet higher walls on the walkway/jungle side for privacy. They each contain two double beds, generous bathrooms with shower, toilet, sinks and walkin closets. The views are simply superb!! You won't hear anything from your bedroom but jungle and ocean birds and the crash of the waves. If you tire of the 6 foot deep heated pool and its decks, you can walk 5 minutes either way to sandy beaches, or take the steps below to snorkel or fish on our private rocky beach. Forget the crowing roosters, constant loudspeakers and fighting dogs in the town; come enjoy nature at its finest with the flowers, ocean breezes, and beautiful sunsets.
