Experience paradise nestled in the jungle overlooking the Pacific Ocean, 1/2 block from the beautiful, serene white sandy beach in the Costa Azul area of the quaint pueblo of San Pancho. Relax on one of the five terraces with ocean and jungle view, or simply enjoy the sun and swim in your own private pool.
From either the dining area or living room step out to the covered terrace to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The spacious living room has two built in couches and is complemented by a wrap around tiled bar for entertaining. Kitchen is fully equipped with the ammenities of home.
The main part of the house has 3 bedrooms, all have separate baths with step-in showers. The twin bedroom is located on the main floor, the double bedroom and master suite is located on the next level. Master suite has king size bed, separate study and sliding glass doors which lead to a tiled private terrace with ocean view.
The roof top terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunset or an evening of stargazing.
