You'll love friendly and spacious CASA KARMINA -- centrally located, art-and-plant filled, perfect for families, couples, singles and pets. It's available for both short-term and long-term rentals, and is a flat, fast walk to Jardin, the town center, and near both Instituto Allende and Bellas Artes, the esteemed schools that offer classes in Spanish and art for adults and children. Nestled in a quiet, safe
cul-de-sac, it's just steps away from wonderful restaurants, cafés, shops, and art galleries.
Three colorful bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom with shower (one also has a bath), provide ample accommodations and plentiful closet space. The beds in the master bedroom and the casita are queen sized; there are two twin beds in the second bedroom.
The large living room is charming, with plush sofas, cozy chairs, and a state-of-the-art entertainment center. The private casita, with its own bedroom, bathroom, and study, is a perfect setting for creativity and contemplation.
Colorful, vivid artwork by Mexican artists, as well as art by children of San Miguel, enlivens the entire house. Silvia, our helpful and talented housekeeper, works three days a week. Private arrangements can be made for her to work additional hours and to provide additional services, such as cooking (she will happily cater to special diets), bartending, party-and-event catering, and doing personal laundry. Fernando, her husband, our equally talented gardener, is also our handyman, and jack-of-all trades. Miguel, their family friend, runs an on-call taxi service.
