Located just up from the new world-class marina at La Cruz, Casa Susana is a beautiful accommodation for vacationers to this popular north side of the Bay of Banderas.
Beginning May 2011, you can experience the tropical lifestyle affordably by staying from one to six to six months! Rather than spending the usual $200/nt, it will be just $2000/month (+ electric)!
The stately two-story home includes three bedrooms (2 master suites w/view terraces), comfortable greatroom with large kitchen, and an outdoor grill terrace area beside the sparkling pool. Steps lead down to the marina area, very convenient for fishing charters, buying the mornings oh-so-fresh catch, or strolling the promenade with locals and vacationers alike!
You'll find everything needed for cooking and serving as well as linens. The "outdoor living room" palapa-fringed terrace, with its' built-in gas grill is poolside and we can almost guarantee it'll be the mot used spot during your stay at Casa Susana! It is furnished with a round lava stone table, upholstered loveseat & equipale chairs... making it a perfect place for outdoor dining, card playing, siesta-taking, etc. Our housekeeper comes three days per week, and her husband provides daily pool care.
The living room features a dramatic brick ceiling dome with colorful art glass chandelier. The sectional seats many, and there is cable tv, DVD & CD player & wireless internet. Glass doors slide open to the grill & pool areas.
The pool is large, and has a small palapa alongside to offer a bit of shade during those hot tropical afternoons. In the evening, the area becomes almost magical with lights of the marina and Bay or Banderas all around.
The bedrooms are spacious, and feature 2 king beds and one room with 2 double beds. All bathrooms have showers (one also is a tiled tub.) A/C units are in each, and fans in the rest of the casa. Two of the marble bathrooms have double sinks.
A small entry courtyard area also has off-street gated parking.
You'll love your stay at Casa Susana!! The casa, the pool, the wonderful village just a quick stroll away! Many varied dining experiences from the posh La Pajarita to street tacos... all very good!
(Be warned: several Casa Susana guests have gone on to purchase their own homes in this area! Others just return each year. Either way, you're sure to make wonderful memories of Mexico here.)
