Relax in our beautiful, fully furnished, four-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath, vacation home in prestigious Kingswood Estates. Enjoy all of Lake Tahoe's many outdoor activities within minutes. The house is conveniently located one mile from the beach and five miles from Northstar. The property is within a ten-minute drive to casinos and Truckee, and 15 minutes from Tahoe City.
The main level of the home offers an open floor plan with 12-foot ceilings and include a powder bathroom, full kitchen with counter dining, dining room, and great room. Decks surround the rear of the home and offer outdoor dining, charcoal and gas grills, and capture expansive wooded views.
The bedrooms are located on the floor below and are luxuriously appointed with down bedding and premium mattresses. The master bedroom has a king-size bed plus a twin chaise/daybed. The master bath includes a jacuzzi tub and dual headed shower. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, full-size futon, and an en suite bathroom with shower. Both the master bedroom and bedroom 2 enjoy a rear deck. Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 has a twin bed with a pop-up twin trundle to form two twin beds (can be pushed together to form a king-size bed) and has a separate entrance during the summer time.
The house is equipped with a portacrib, high chair, boosters, and has safety gates installed at the top and bottom of the stairs making this an ideal family vacation home.
The house has a flat driveway and 2 car garage, that can easily accommodate up to 5 vehicles. The house is equipped with two water heaters making apres ski day showers enjoyable for all. Snow plowing service is provided during the winter months.
