La Casa Accommodations
Unit B in Bay View Grand is a privately owned 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that is fully furnished. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a stocked linen closet, and sleeps up to 6 people. There is a $75 cleaning fee. Bay View Grand is a 5 minute taxi drive from the airport and is located in Marina Vallarta. There are many restaurants and hotels with restaurants to walk to from the condo. And there is a large grocery store within walking distance for everything you may need but if you do happen to forget an item or run short on milk, there is a store on the grounds of Bay View Grand!
Living Area
The living area (large dining area and living room) is perfect for entertaining, or a quiet evening in. Cable TV, comfortable sofas and a large dining table complete this part of the condo.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully furnished, including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and linens. A small room that extends off of the kitchen includes a washer and dryer, and utility sink.
The Balcony
Enjoy a panoramic view of the Banderas Bay.
The balcony includes a table that seats six and a hot tub.
This is a great place to sip your morning cup of coffee or have dinner at dusk.

Master Bedroom and Bath
Master bedroom includes access to the balcony and hot tub. Two to three people can sleep comfortably in this spacious room.
Second Bedroom
This bedroom sleeps 4 people comfortablyand includes one queen bed and 2 single beds.
La Casa Facilities
A large heated pool surrounded by tropical greenery. At the poolside there is a palapa which offers lunch items, snacks, beer, and mixed drinks. A small convenience store is located at the south end of the complex. On the other side of the pool is Bay View Grand's private beach, a great place to watch the sun set.
You don't have to miss a workout! On-site a fully equipped gym is available. Tennis courts are located behind the gym.
