General Property Information
|
You’ll have plenty of room in this 3,200 square foot condo directly overlooking the beach, where massage tents ($20/hour), parasailing ($25/ride), jetskis, and other water fun is easily available. Two large infinity-edge swimming pools. An outdoor jacuzzi plus your own private jacuzzi on your own deck. Restaurants, shopping, and groceries within an easy walk.
You’ll be in the desirable north side of the Central section of Bay View Grand, which juts out directly over the beach for the best views and faces northwest so you get the prevailing breezes and the best orientation for sunset viewing. This luxurious condo has 2 master bedroom suites with king size beds and walk in closets and two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each, all with their own balcony facing the sunset and the prevailing ocean breeze. A fifth 'maid's room' is off the kitchen, giving a total sleeping capacity of nine in beds and 10 including the sun room. Each bedroom has its own full bath. A large, open living room and dining area has fantastic ocean views. You can also watch DVDs and cable TV on a 40 inch plasma, if you can take your eyes off the view. The kitchen is fully equipped.
In addition to the pools and jacuzzis, Bay View Grand features its own exercise room and spa and several tennis courts for residents and guests. 24 hour security guards keep the grounds private. There is a business center with wireless internet service. Bay View Grand offers poolside food and beverage service, and maintains the grounds just for its residents and their guests.
Several golf courses are nearby. The old fishing village of Zihuatanejo is a $5 taxi ride away, where some of the best deep sea fishing in all of Mexico can be found, along with more beautiful quiet beaches and native arts and crafts.
