Private home with swimming pool and pool house.  Completely remodeled in 2009.  Located in a quiet residential neighborhood about 100 yards from miles of sandy beach.  Perfect for a couple, family or family reunion.  Will sleep up to 12 people.

The main living accomodation is the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala.  The house has 3 bedrooms.  The master has a king bed, the second has a queen and the third twins.  The main lilving area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room and living room.  A large deck with eating space faces the ocean.

The pool house overlooks the private swimming pool.  It is not large and contains a doulbe bed, bunks and a queen hide-a-bed.  A large deck surrounds the pool and has picnic tables and chase lounges.

The house is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site.
