Come enjoy Maui with all the amenities of home provided. Excellent location near some of Maui's best beaches, golf courses and shopping.
This unique split level home allows you to rent entire 5 bedroom house or rent the top level 3 bedrooms with ocean and mountain views, or the bottom level 2 bedrooms adjacent to the large grass yard. Each level has its own patio with BBQ, full kitchen and bath. A full size laundry room separates the levels.
A five person Jacuzzi awaits you after your day at the beach hidden in its own bamboo oasis.
Snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers are provided. There is plenty of grass to play on with croquet and bocce ball games provided. Off street parking for 5 cars makes it convenient for large groups.
TOP LEVEL
Upstairs oversized deck with misters provides great views and sitting for large groups with its own full size BBQ. A full size kitchen/bar stocked with all the amenities of home with state of the art appliances. There are 3 bedrooms with king, queen and double beds, 1 bath. The living room sports a 42” plasma TV, playstation II games and queen pull out couch all in Hawaii/beach decor.
LOWER LEVEL
Downstairs has its own stamped concrete patio with BBQ right off the large grass yard. A full kitchen with bar table is adjacent to the living room with a couch that pulls out into queen size bed facing the 42” plasma TV. There is a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. There is a small carpeted room adjacent to one of the bedrooms perfect for a crib or extra storage for golf clubs and suitcases.
Why does everyone like this home?
It’s beautifully decorated in Hawaiian beach decor. The location is just right and so is the price! This is a great way for large families to save with the privacy of your own vacation home in a quiet neighborhood.
You’re less than a ½ mile from some of Kihei’s favorite beaches and parks and walking distance from one not so known beach in front of multimillion dollar beach estates. Several great restaurants walking distance from your front door is Sorrento’s and Five Palms both on the water with perfect sunset views. One of our favorite fun restaurants less than a mile away is Fred’s; don’t miss out on their great fish tacos. Above Fred’s is Mulligan’s a great sports bar and restaurant. The Shops of Wailea with many more restaurants and shops are just a couple miles away.
Maid service can be provided at your request. There is a one time cleaning fee of $250.

You can book online with MasterCard or visa - 20% down holds your dates. The full amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a one time cleaning fee of $250 and a refundable damage deposit of $500 held 10 days prior to your arrival and released 10 days after departure.
There is a 5% cancelation fee for reservations cancelled prior to 60 days. There is no refund for cancelations within 60 days unless the house gets booked during your dates in which all but 5% is returned.
Maximum occupancy is 10. We will consider more on special occasions. There is absolutely no smoking inside the house. We do not allow parties at the house including weddings or wedding receptions.
