Betty'sBeachPlace is a large beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 bath ground floor direct oceanfront condo. This first floor unit has a great ocean view and you and the kids can walk right out to the pool and beach. No waiting on the elevator! This is by far one of the nicest complexes on the non driving beach. Complex has a private heated pool with spa and  exercise room.  Pool deck overlooks ocean. Only 25 units in complex. Condo is located on car free beach-no need to be concerned about any cars driving on the beach. Wide flat beach for plenty of room to play.  Access our new, wireless internet service from the pool deck, or anywhere in the condo.  Enjoy the three new flat-panel TVs.  Jacuzzi and separate shower in main Master suite bathroom Full tub/shower in 2nd Master suite bathroom. Third bedroom features connected bath with over-sized shower. Both master suites and Living Room have wall to wall glass overlooking ocean. The two suites have direct access to the oceanfront porch via sliding glass doors. The Living Room accesses the same porch via double sliding glass doors. Master bedroom #1 has a queen size bed. Master bedroom #2 has a recently-upgraded queen sized bed. Third bedroom has a single (trundle) bed, sleeping two. Included is an inflatable double air mattress and a roll-out cot.

This direct ocean front condo is located on the beautiful white sandy beach of New Smyrna Beach. Sitting on the car free beach guests can relax by the ocean side without a worry. Enjoy the sound of the crashing surf from any room in the unit.
