This great modern compact 1 bed unit is beachfront - situated right on Beaconsfield Parade, you are directly opposite the Catani Gardens, St Kilda beach and a 2 mins walk from the hub of Fitzroy St.

The unit is fully furnished with a queen bed, egyptian cotton, en-suite bathroom and all mod cons. To make your stay even more comfortable we have provided a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, air con/heater and a pick of DVD's if you fancy staying in. There is a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

The property is suitable for corporate stays and holiday rentals. The local transport is excellent to suit both requirements with the CBD within a 12 mins tram ride.

The unit is ideal for 1 person or a couple. It can accommodate up to 4 people (sofa bed) if necessary.

Car parking is available off-site. We can provide a permit for your stay at a cost of $5 per day (rate reduced for long stays). Parking bays are located within 2 mins walk from the flat.

Wireless internet can be provided on request for $5 per day (rate reduced for longer stays).

You are on the doorstep of all St Kilda has to offer. Fitzroy St, Acland St, Barkly St, Luna Park and the beach Esplanade! There are restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, cinemas, shops, supermarkets and plenty more.

St Kilda is known as the 'hub' of Melbourne with so much to see and do. You really couldn't pick a better spot from which to enjoy this wonderful city.

The 112 and 96 tram run from Park St and Fitzroy St with easy access to the City, Prahran, Port Melboune, Southbank etc.
