apartment is either attainable by car or by public transports (taxi,
bus - no. 64 Terminus -, railway - mt from San Peter Station - and
from the Metro Line A)
HOW TO GET THERE:
Ø From Fiumicino Airport (FCO), Leonardo Da Vinci (Rm):
a)Every 30 minutes there are direct trains to Termini train Station
(11 europ.p.). They arrive at Termini Station at platform 24. In
front of the station take the 64 bus (1 euro) and get off at the
terminus (St. Peter Station). Walk down Via Stazione San Pietro until
arriving at P.za S.Maria alle Fornaci. Via S.Maria alle Fornaci is in
front of the church. We are at the number 12, ground floor.
b)Every 20 minutes there are regional trains to Palombara Sabina
destination (about 6 euro p.p.). Take it and get off at Trastevere
Station. Change and get on the train to Civitavecchia, Bracciano or
Viterbo destination. Get off at St. Peter Station, then as above.
c)The direct trains to Termini Station stop and depart from platform
24. Take the train to Civitavecchia destination (platform 23) and get
off at St.Peter Station, then as above.
Ø From Ciampino Airport (CIA) :
a)Take direct Terravision Shuttle (8 Euro p.p.) or Bus Shuttle (6
Euro p.p.) to get to Termini Station (about 30 minutes), then as
above.
b)Take public bus service (1 euro) from Ciampino a/p to Metro
Anagnina. Take it towards Battistini direction and get off at
Ottaviano-S.Pietro Musei Vaticani. Go straight ahead Via Ottaviano
and Via di Porta Angelica towards the Vatican. Cross St.Peter’s
Square and direct to Via delle Fornaci. Turn first right in Via
S.Maria alle Fornaci, we are at the number 12.
Ø Con l’automobile:
Leave the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) at exit 1 direction Via
Aurelia/Città del Vaticano and follow the indications “Città del
Vaticano”.
