This 40 m2 (430 square feet) apartment is situated at the first French floor on a quiet courtyard. It is like a Studio-Loft that you can modulate as you want thanks to sliding doors an a rolling shutter. Very well lighted by a stained glass and three windows,friendly and airy space.
The apartment has an ideal location, in the historic and geographic center of Paris, rue Gît le Coeur, beetween the Seine Quays, Saint Germains des Près and the Latin Quarter. The access is easy and secured by a digital code door. The little building is well kept in a family atmosphere.
Cleaning is made after and before each stay and it is included in the price.
Completly renovated in march 2009, it will offer you a fully equiped open plan kitchen-dinning room, an italian shower and modern washbassin, separated toilets, and all the confort you expect. You can see a floor plan , an area map on my personal webpage linked below. From here, you can easily visit Paris and the most prestigious places by foot. If you are in Paris for work or business, you can get all transport means in Place Saint-Michel: Métro-RER-Bus-Taxis. You return in calm in the apartment which is absolutly quiet
