Across the street from 18 hole golf course, 15 minutes from casino, and 30 minutes from Lake Havasu. Great place for boating and jet skiing. Contact Bransons resort @ 1-928-667-3346 and ask for space A-37 and owners Koontz. $250 + tax a day summer rates (April 1st.-Sept. 30th.) $1100 + tax a month winter rates (Oct. 1st.- March 31st.).
