This property has 5 units, which can be rented together. When the units
are combined, this rental offers 7 bedrooms and 6 baths and can accommodate
18 guests.
 
Oceanfront: Papaya has three bedrooms and two baths.  Two bedrooms have a comfortable queen bed and the “master” has a private bath.  The second queen-bed bedroom and the third bedroom with twin beds, share a hall bath on the other side of the suite. The tropically decorated living room and dining area and fully equipped kitchen make for a wonderful common area. The enormous flat screen cable TV with DVD player will make watching the "big" game or favorite movie a lot of fun.

The best part…The fully furnished private terrace is directly oceanfront and is the perfect place to watch the pelicans and waves, read, and dine!  And when you decide you want to take a swim, all you have to do is go down to the beach, right here at the Tree!  We have tubes, floats, noodles and plenty of beach chairs for lounging on the shore.  

The Papaya truly feels like your are living in a beach house, directly on the beach.
