No smoking is allowed inside under roof. As you enter the main upper house, you are immediately awed by the expansive ocean view. The living and dining room are together under a palapa roof. The bedroom has ample storage, and a king size bed. The large bathroom includes a closet, custom hand painted tile work throughout, a copper sink, and features an oversize circular shower. Off of the kitchen is a den with a comfortable wrap around sofa (which makes a very nice bed for one adult or two children), as well as a television, DVD player, and a good selection of DVDs. Also has a CD player with a hookup for Ipod or MP3. The kitchen is fully furnished with all stainless appliances, and all the amenities of a gourmet kitchen. There are amazing ocean views from lying in bed, to washing dishes, to relaxing under the palapa roof in the open air living room/dining room area. Both units incluce maid service every 3-4 days, drinking water, wireless internet, wall safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella. Each offers high quality bed linens, towels, and feather pillows. There is a huge water holding tank so we always have water, even when the city pumps are having problems. As well we have on demand hot water, so unlimited hot water any time you want it. . A/C in all interior rooms. Ceiling fans in every room. All windows have screens.There is excellent ventilation.
