Playa Breezes 204 is located within Palmar del Sol, a complex of twenty newly constructed (2008) luxury condominiums in the north upscale area of Playa del Carmen, perfectly situated between pedestrian-only 5th Avenue shops and restaurants, yet just 1-1/2 blocks from the cool white sand and cerulean blue waters of the public Mamitas Beach. Inside the Palmar del Sol complex is a private courtyard that includes an enormous mosaic tiled pool with a waterfall feature, a children’s pool and a Jacuzzi, set within a large, lushly landscaped tropical garden. The outdoor environment is quiet and peaceful, and significantly larger than most other comparable properties. Palmar del Sol is a safe and secure complex, with a gated underground garage; secure entry foyer; gated grounds and a private roof terrace with views of Fifth Avenue and Cozumel in the distance. The La Serenidad Oro bedroom is furnished with a queen sized platform bed and has a private bathroom with granite counter top, marble floors and a glassed-in shower. Sliding
glass doors lead to a private outdoor balcony.
The La Paz Adobe bedroom is furnished with two twin beds that can be converted to a king; the private bathroom has granite counter tops, marble floors and a glassed-in shower.
Soft, luxurious linens are provided for your comfort including high-thread count bed linens and thick, thirsty bath towels.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the practical and discerning chef.
