VIEW SLIDESHOW We invite you to spend some time in our home in Sayulita. Villa Nueva Vida in Sayulita is a two-year old luxury home, located in a quiet northend development of fine homes. We have panoramic views of both the bay and town, and our large two level terraza allows full enjoyment of the surrounding vistas and sunsets.
One step from the living room takes you to our HEATED salt water pool. Villa Nueva Vida is located two blocks from the beach and a casual 10-minute walk to the center of town. We want you to have a stress-free stay in Sayulita, so we have enclosed our development to make every effort to provide a safe and secure visit. Our rules are few, and we will send you a copy of them by email and also discuss on the phone. We are looking for people who want to have a good time while on vacation, but, at the same time, respect that the house is located in a quiet neighborhood.

The house includes:Heated Salt water pool. A/C and ceiling fan in bedrooms and living room. Satellite TV with all US networks, DVD and CD player (Watch TV from the pool). Purified water system. Two security safes. Private parking in garage. Fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with king size bed and bathroom. One bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom. Large den with wireless internet and free phone to US and Canada. Daily housekeeping (except Sunday)
Barbeque, boogie boards, beach towels and ice chest provided.
