View Talay 7 is a New Complex located at the Best Area in Jomtien, just steps to the Beach. And the Views are Spectacular. The Baht Bus is right outside for Pattaya runs.

Enjoy a Classy Condo which is both quiet and near the Nightlife, yet safe and free of all nonsense. It is located directly on Don Tang Beach. All condos provide large balconies and spectacular views overlooking both Jomtien Beach and the Gulf of Thailand. The high standard of security offers an additional sense of peace.

Each Condo Unit Overlooks the Ocean, and is Immaculately Decorated in a Unique Style. Furnished to a Noble and High European/American Standard. You will be Impressed and will Feel Happy and Comfortable.

We offer 3 units on the 7th, 12th and 13th floors. Each Condo Unit is 48 sqm. The kitchen is fully stocked with a breakfast counter, including electric hot plate (2 stoves) for cooking, hood, microwave, hot water pot, crockery, utensils & cookware. And the bathroom includes shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Besides, there is a safe and two folding mattresses for extra sleeping in the room. Please refer to the room plans at my website.
