Recently restored large 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with great views to the south and west over the quiet and beautiful Arnata Valley with fields, woods and olive groves.  Hand made waxed cotto floors, ceiling of old oak beams and hand made cotto, new bathroom with shower, new kitchen made by local cabinet maker.

The furniture is new and comfortable.

All hot water comes from renewable resources, solar or wood from our own carefully managed forests.

Heating in the winter comes from a cast iron wood stove, again using our own oak wood.

Owner Notes
A discount of 15% will be given on all of these prices for stays of 7 nights or more. There is a final cleaning fee of Euro 40 for stays of less than 4 nights.
3% deposit due at booking / final amount due 30 days before check-in; payments accepted: Bank/Wire Transfer.
Included: 
All bed linen, towels for bathrooms and kitchens, electricity, gas, wood for the wood stoves and final cleaning for stays of 4 nights or more. We do not ask for a damage deposit but we appreciate reasonable recompense for damage or breakages.
